decent stay with a couple of drawbacks
clean room friendly staff faulty wifi salty food
i found the room to be quite very comfy and tidy. the staff were also friendly and helpful . the hotel was beautifully maintained, a detail i appreciated.
The wifi did not work in my room. i also spotted a lizard there. the food was a bit too salty for my taste. It could use some adjustment. plus, the hand jet in the bathroom wasn't working properly.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

The upgraded room was beautiful and everything was perfect inside. The hotel service was notably good, with a helpful and friendly staff. I appreciated the buffet breakfast. It had a great selection of food. The hotel's location is near two nice beaches.
The hotel could benefit from some refurbishment. The facilities, while functional, seemed a little dated.

The hotel boasts a superb location near two beaches, with access for swimming and relaxation. One side offers a fantastic snorkeling spot, while the other features a shallow sandy beach ideal for swimming. The location was perfect!

The rooms are very clean and spacious. Each room includes good amenities and is well kept. I got a beautiful room. The view from the room is on the ocean.

The hotel front office team is very attentive to detail, and the staff is friendly. Staff members remember guest requirements very well. They were amazing. They are very polite and helpful, always with an amazing smile during each return.

beachside stay
sandy beaches pool area spacious room
the resort sits between two nice sandy beaches. turtles are often visible from the pool. sunrises and sunsets are viewable from different sides of the hotel. rooms were spacious and CLEAN.
the reception staff did not help much. they didn't put in effort to help us when we asked. their service did not meet hotel standards.

the pool opens early and closes late. it has plenty of loungers available. landscaping around the pool area IS well maintained.
